How to Keep Birds Away from Your Strawberries
Aug 7 2010I’m impressed with my new scarecrow made out of old CD-ROM’s so I thought I wanted to show it to you in live action:
Get the Flash Player to see the wordTube Media Player. Now it’s only the slugs that are eating away, but fortunately there are solutions for that:
- Crushed egg shells around the edges of the bed
- Copper tape on the edges of raised beds
- Netting (if you manage to completely remove all the slugs from the inside of the net)
Here’s a link to a photo of the scarecrow: CD-ROM scarecrow
